DJH Engineering Center, Inc. is a woman owned mechanical engineering firm specializing in product development, mobility engineering, innovative, cost effective design, analysis and documentation services. DJHEC utilizes the latest in computer aided design and analysis tools to solve many of the challenging problems facing industry today. With over 20 years of experience in providing solutions to government and industry, we can efficiently apply this experience to address your unique requirements. DJHEC provides complete project engineering services from concept design through assisting manufacturing, testing and certification to industry standards. We have designed a variety of construction and mining vehicles including front-end loaders, off highway trucks, load-haul-dump machines, scrapers, self-loading haulers, tractors, snow groomers and forklifts. DJHEC has successfully developed new drive train concepts such as transaxles, axles, wheel ends, hydrodynamic turbo transmission, tractor fully synchronized transmission and powershift transmission. We have also placed into production independent suspension undercarriages for off road vehicles and a three-function fail-safe brake system that features a modular design and excellent reliability and maintainability. DJHEC's experience in the aerospace and government sectors include such ambitious projects as the special tool design for the Space Shuttle Rocket Booster Program, solid modeling for the C-17 Transport Aircraft, Flat Pattern and Laser Projection Data File Generation. NASA and major aerospace corporations, as well as industrial, construction, agricultural, and mining industry leaders have all utilized our expertise in Finite Element Analysis.
